About the Mentor
Dr. Manish Mahendra
Founder and Director,Mahendra Eye Institute & Khairabad Eye Hospital
Dr. Manish Mahendra is a renowned cataract, refractive, and glaucoma surgeon with extensive experience in advanced phacoemulsification techniques. Over his distinguished career, he has performed more than 30,000 phacoemulsification surgeries, including complex and challenging cataract cases.
He currently serves as the President of the Kanpur Ophthalmic Society (KOS). Previously, he held key leadership roles as Secretary (2011–2012) and Vice President (2013–2014) of KOS. He was also a member of the Scientific Committee of the U.P. State Ophthalmological Society (UPSOS) from 2015 to 2018.
