By our experience we suggest beginners to consider atleast 4 weeks and 6 weeks training programs and brush up your skills the trainees can opt for 2 weeks or 3 weeks training course.
We at Mahendra Eye Institute provide Phaco training to our candidates in a very well organised manner. Besides giving Phaco training hands on at Mahendra Eye Institute,the trainee is also told about the basics of phacoemulsification..We help our beginner trainees of Phaco training,how to hold the instruments, settings in the Phaco machine and even to the detail of adjusting the microscope as per their comfortable operating position.
During the Phaco training at Mahendra Eye Institute,the trainee is given independent hands on Phaco training and allowed to operate on soft cataracts first and later on hard nucleus too.The candidate can see the post-op patients to know the result of their performance of surgery the next day. We at Mahendra Eye Institute help our candidates of Phaco training to record all of their cases ,so that they can view it during their free time and see the mistakes they have done during the surgery and can learn from their mistakes.
During Phaco training at Mahendra Eye Institute the trainee is never left unattended and always a senior surgeon is present to help them .
We at Mahendra Eye Institute offer free accommodation to our Phaco training candidates.The accommodation is within the hospital premises ,so that the candidate is free from the hassels of traveling to the hospital and completely concentrate on the Phaco training program.
A log book will be provided to maintain all case details for future use. A Certificate will be given at the end of the course.
